Through memoir, guided reflection, and the stories of women in Scripture, The Dear God Collection creates space for hard questions, honest conversations, and a faith rooted in relationship—not performance.
The afternoon will feature an author conversation with Dr. Watkins followed by a talk-back and audience Q&A led by Rev. Cindy Solomon-Kleba and Rev. Denise Jeffrey-Elbert. Together, they will explore the collection’s central themes, including spiritual awakening, developing a spiritual identity, expanding our language for God, recognizing spiritual bypassing, and creating an authentic spiritual life.
