The Masks We Wear
Every mask you wear was useful once. It kept you safe, employed, liked, or whole. The question is not whether it worked — it is whether you still need it, and what it costs to keep it on.
You may recognize yourself here.
- You behave differently in every room and are not sure which one is you.
- Habits that once protected you now cost you.
- You can read everyone else and lose track of yourself.
- You are ready to meet who you are without the performance.
The arc of the work.

Choose the depth that fits your season.
The same material, delivered 3 ways. Start on your own, or bring it to a group, a retreat, or your institution.
Self-Paced Course
Move through it privately — which suits this material, since the first honest look is usually best taken alone.
Workshop Series
Facilitated sessions working the material together, with structured reflection between them.
Small-Group Cohort
A closed group moving through it at the same pace, with facilitated discussion throughout.
Questions people ask.
How long do I have access?
Access to the self-paced course does not expire. Return to the material whenever the season calls for it.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education and reflective practice, not clinical treatment, and it does not replace working with a licensed provider.
Can my organization purchase seats or license this?
Yes. Group rates and institutional licensing are available — reach out and it will be scoped with you.
What if I need to step away partway through?
Nothing is lost. The material waits, and your progress is saved.
You don't need to become someone new.
You need language, space, and support to return to yourself — and lead from there.
