Restructuring My Faith™
Something happened between you and the faith you were raised in, and most spaces will only let you talk about it one of two ways — as backsliding, or as leaving. This is a third option: staying honest, and seeing what remains.
You may recognize yourself here.
- Your faith and your experience of church have parted ways.
- You have questions you were taught not to ask out loud.
- You are grieving a community, a certainty, or both.
- You are not trying to lose your faith. You are trying to tell the truth about it.

Self-Paced Course
Private, unhurried, and yours — which matters for this material more than most.
Facilitated Group Series
A small, confidential group working through it together, led rather than left open.
Retreat
In person, with space for silence, rest, and the conversations that only happen away from home.
Questions people ask.
How long do I have access?
Access to the self-paced course does not expire. Return to the material whenever the season calls for it.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education and reflective practice, not clinical treatment, and it does not replace working with a licensed provider.
Can my organization purchase seats or license this?
Yes. Group rates and institutional licensing are available — reach out and it will be scoped with you.
What if I need to step away partway through?
Nothing is lost. The material waits, and your progress is saved.
You don't need to become someone new.
You need language, space, and support to return to yourself — and lead from there.
