Joy as Resistance
You have been strong in public for a long time. This is a room where that is not the price of admission — where joy is not a reward for finishing the work, but part of how the work gets done.
You may recognize yourself here.
- You are the one who holds it together for everyone else.
- Rest has started to feel like a luxury you cannot justify.
- You want a room where you do not have to explain yourself first.
- You are ready for softness without calling it weakness.
The arc of the work.
Language, tools, and a way forward.
Choose the depth that fits your season.
This one is delivered live. Every format below is facilitated, scheduled, and kept small on purpose.
Live Virtual Cohort
A small group of women meeting live over several weeks — facilitated, confidential, and deliberately unhurried.
Retreat
In person, over one to three days, with as much rest built in as reflection.
Campus Program
Brought to your faculty, staff, or student leaders as a facilitated experience.
Questions people ask.
How do I know when the next group opens?
Reach out and you will be told first. Dates are set a season ahead, and groups are kept deliberately small.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education and reflective practice, not clinical treatment, and it does not replace working with a licensed provider.
Can my organization purchase seats or license this?
Yes. Group rates and institutional licensing are available — reach out and it will be scoped with you.
What if the dates do not work for me?
Say so anyway. Knowing who is waiting shapes when the next one is scheduled.
You don't need to become someone new.
You need language, space, and support to return to yourself — and lead from there.
