Healing in Review™: College Edition
Nobody teaches this part. How to find a doctor, read a lease, ask for help, budget a semester, or notice you are struggling before it becomes a crisis. This course fills the gap between what college assumes you already know and what anyone actually taught you.
You may recognize yourself here.
- You are the first in your family to navigate any of this.
- You are managing your own health, money, and time for the first time.
- You know something is off but not what to call it or who to ask.
- You want the practical skills nobody put in the syllabus.

Questions people ask.
How do I know when the next group opens?
Reach out and you will be told first. Dates are set a season ahead, and groups are kept deliberately small.
Is this therapy?
No. This is education and reflective practice, not clinical treatment, and it does not replace working with a licensed provider.
Can my organization purchase seats or license this?
Yes. Group rates and institutional licensing are available — reach out and it will be scoped with you.
What if the dates do not work for me?
Say so anyway. Knowing who is waiting shapes when the next one is scheduled.
You don't need to become someone new.
You need language, space, and support to return to yourself — and lead from there.
